Jean Kelleher handles both the marketing and sales activities for Kelleher Real Estate in addition to serving as director for their charitable foundation. Jean has been involved in the real estate industry as an agent for 10 years both in direct sales and as a manager of foreclosed properties for the Martha's Vineyard National Bank. Prior to this she worked as a mortgage banker for The Salem Five covering the Nantucket and Vineyard territories for 7 years. Before coming to the Vineyard she worked in Sales and as a Product Manager in Research and Development for the Saddlebrook Corporation Computer Company in Cambridge. Here she worked on the development and installations of automated mortgage banking systems. Prior to working in the computer field she worked in the banking industry in both savings and lending services concluding her banking career as a senior officer in the lending division. It is her mortgage banking and computer background that uniquely qualifies her to assist clients and customers with the mechanics of marketing and purchasing property here on the island.

Susanne Faraca handles all of the rental activity for Kelleher Real Estate. She joined the firm in 1997 after working for 15 years as the Manager of a large Inn in Edgartown. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1979 where she received a BA in Hotel/Restaurant and Travel Administration. After College she traveled and worked extensively in Europe and the Middle East. Susanne's extensive background in the travel industry both as an Inn manager and seasoned tourist helps her to interpret her customer's vacation needs and to assist clients with positioning of their rental property in this crowded rental market.


In addition to his real estate background, John Kelleher graduated from Northeastern University with a Business Degree and received his Masters from Cambridge College in 1998. John has worked in the private and public sector for many years and is a department head at Brockton High School and the Treasurer of the Brockton Education Authority. Serving as the principal of Kelleher Real Estate he originates listings and manages the back office functions for the agency. John's extensive background in business has helped Kelleher Real Estate execute it's business plan and to carve out a competitive niche in what is a very crowded field here on the island.
